About Wilson Marketing Group

In 2001, Wilson Marketing Group opened their doors as a print management company focused on providing unlimited commercial printing capabilities. Within the first year, customers encouraged the team to expand the unlimited printing approach by requesting branded merchandise and custom apparel. Fast forward to 2018, Wilson Marketing Group has helped hundreds of big and small businesses, professional athletes, health care facilities and educational institutions with their marketing collateral, promotions and online solutions.


Meet Our Leadership Team


Dave Wilson

Founder & President



Dave is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding and promotional materials. 

He started Wilson Marketing with three things in mind:

  • Make customers happy and stuff gets done
  • Do for customers what others are not willing to do
  • Then go play!

Dave’s unique blend of customer service, ability to think outside the box and continually deliver are why Wilson Marketing has become a leader in marketing services. His favorite project to date is the creation of a Candy Land-style game board to help Starbucks promote the launch of their Caramel Frappuccino. 

Before starting Wilson Marketing, Dave was an operations manager and purchasing agent for an online printing pioneer. 

Outside of work, Dave can be found fishing, spending time with his wife, Erin, his two kids and their dog. 


Mary Leonard

Sr. Project Manager Lead



Mary Leonard leads Wilson Marketing Group’s project management team, overseeing a dedicated group of individuals who are excited to work on innovative and custom products. Mary has been with Wilson Marketing since 2006, when she started as a member of the sales team. With a strong background in managing production inside print shops and online print companies, her natural progression was to lead our project management team. Her favorite part of working at Wilson Marketing Group is that no two days are the same and it’s a challenge she enjoys. 

Her favorite project to work on so far has been the Cornish Admission Materials for 2008-2009. It was a challenging project with many custom pieces – making it an ideal project for her. 

Prior to joining the team Mary studied visual communications and specialized in printing and graphics. Following her studies, she worked at several local printing companies where she learned everything about running presses, folders, cutters and more. As digital technology began to rise, Mary stayed on top of the trends becoming proficient in both pre-press before digital technology, and after. 

When she isn’t working she enjoys time at her home on a small lake where she likes to fish, watch migrating birds and spends time gardening and baking. She also has a loving Labradoodle, EllyMay, who is not only a good listener, but fantastic company. 



Tracy Swan

Brand Executive Manager

Tracy Swan is the Brand Executive Manager for Wilson Marketing Group. 

Originally from the United Kingdom, Tracy joined the team in 2017. She brings an extensive background as an industry leader with experience creating award-winning product design and consumer packaging. She currently holds two patents – one through Nintendo of America in their Gameboy kits and the other sold in large retail stores across the United States. 

Her favorite part of her job is helping businesses succeed through branding and marketing, while creating one-of-a-kind designs. She also enjoys taking customers to product showrooms to help them pick out the right product. One of her favorite projects was for a large, family-owned restaurant. She partnered with them to update their logo and to help them find a fashionable, yet functional, uniform. She enjoys dining at the establishment regularly to see her work in action. Projects like these are her favorite because of the opportunity to closely connect with her customers. 

When Tracy isn’t working, she enjoys ballroom dancing (she has a variety of medals and moves she’d love to show you!) and spends time with her husband, Phillip, two amazing sons and one dog. 



Jennifer James

Sr. Accounting Manager



Jennifer James is a seasoned accounting manager, overseeing the general accounting and financial reporting functions for Wilson Marketing. Jennifer has been with the accounting firm, Your Balance Sheet, for eight years and has worked on the Wilson Marketing account since 2016. Her accounting improvement processes and audit review practices help keep Wilson Marketing Group, and our customers, running fast and efficient.

She is a born and raised Seattleite and received a degree in mathematics from the University of Washington. When she isn't working she enjoys painting with watercolors and oils, as well as taking runs with her dogs. She loves to wander local beaches and her favorite vacation spot is the San Juan Islands - rain or shine!
